My Dad and I found ourselves needing to switch our accommodation last-minute in Barcelona. Fortunately we found a great spot - it was in a great area of the city, close to the metro and other places you could easily get to by foot. The place was incredibly tidy and the staff were really friendly. Our first room, 202, was too noisy due to the metro running directly underneath it every couple of minutes, so the staff were kind enough to help us switch to room 423, which was much quieter and more spacious. It had plenty of amenities, with the exception of face tissues, but that is a small detail. I would definitely recommend this place.
A wonerful stay! We visisted Barcelona for the firs time and the hotel was a great location! The staff at frond desk helped me to call the airport when I left my iPad on the flight there - luckily I got it back. Very gratefull for their help with this. The room was cleen and the turnover staff did an amasing job. We were given a complementary botle of cava which we were plesantly suprised with, thank you. The gentelmen at the rooftop bar was more than accomodating, allways smilin and wanting to provide outstandin service - his Sangria’s are AMAZING!! Thank you for an amazin birtday stay..
This hotel has a great location and an okay atmosphere. The breakfast was really good, and the rooms were decent. However, the receptionists could have been more friendly. We were double charged for the mini bar, and we weren't allowed to park a large vehicle near the hotel. Be mindful of this and make sure to find a more suitable parking if you have a big car.
We stayed at this charming hotel for 2 nights, ✔️and the rooms were quite spacious and clean. The toiletries provided were excellent ?, and the staff was both courteous and helpful. ?Upon our arrival, we were welcomed, despite coming in before check-in, and our luggage was conveniently placed into storage until our room was ready. ?? Additionally, there was a kettle in the room, so we could make a cup of tea ? whenever we wanted. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of food options ?. We even decided to have lunch there on the first day, which turned out to be quite a tasty experience. ? Lastly, it wasn't far from all the main attractions ? that Barcelona had to offer. Highly recommended! ?

Too good to be true! ? Paid €230 for a room with a horrible smell, curtains that wouldn't close, and a toilet top that was hanging off...Sleep quality was terrible, as light kept streaming in. Little to no help when I emailed about my issues either. ? Hotel Grenados 83 and Hotel One were much more reasonable and faultless - don't miss out, give those a go! ?️ It looks like this hotel is just using its location to scam tourists and overcharge, not caring about the state of the accommodation at all. ? Never write reviews, but felt I needed to warn people - this has got to be the worst value for money I've had in a hotel ever. ? Take my advice and look into alternative options in the area before you come face to face with this atrocity. ?
