We stayed here for a family vacation and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel's location is ideal as it is centrally located, close to many attractions and excellent dining options. The room was spacious with a generous sized bathroom and shower. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of food. We would definitely recommend hotel Barcelona Center to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We stayed at Hotel Barcelona Center for 5 days and it was an incredible experience. We absolutely loved it, given the perfect location, comfortable rooms and the fact that it was great value for money. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. The bonus of the rooftop jacuzzi and gym were added bonuses, and the included breakfast was a wonderful start to the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona!
In the end, I had to purchase an air cooler and two fans that were rentable from a shop down the street just so I could have a little bit of air in my room. I was very disappointed in my stay here and will not be returning.
My stay at Hotel Barcelona Center was not quite what I expected. Despite being a supposedly 4-star hotel, the temperature of my room was unbearably hot at 28 degrees Celsius/82 degrees Fahrenheit. Despite trying to turn up the air conditioning, I soon learned that due to laws all commercial buildings couldn't be set lower than 26 degrees. My room, however, was still 28! A request to the front desk to be moved to a cooler room with a window that opened to the outside was met with an emphatic no. And so, I had to rent an air cooler and two fans from a nearby store just to make it bearable. After four days, I checked out feeling very disappointed and won't be returning.
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Barcelona Center. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They suggested some great restaurants and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety and it was great to have included in our stay. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, apart from being able to control the temperature. It was very warm in March and the air conditioning wasn't available, so we had to open the window which was a bit noisy. Despite this, it didn't take away from our wonderful experience staying at this first-class hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
