I had a lovely stay at this hotel. There was a terrace bar with a pool, which was very inviting. The bedrooms were of a good size and the overall cleanliness was great. The hotel was conveniently located with the metro station right outside and was within walking distance of downtown. The towels were changed daily, and the shower was fantastic. The only downside was the noise from the nearby main city road throughout the night.
Staying at this ? was definitely an amazing experience! It was conveniently located, making it easy to explore ?️ the city of Barcelona. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the room was exactly as expected, with everything in its place ?. We had an internal room so no external noise came in ? which was a pleasant surprise. Further, the rooftop bar had stunning views and great drinks ?. Highly recommended! ?
This accommodation was less than satisfactory. We were greatly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and air quality in our rooms and the unhelpful staff. The pool was much smaller than we had anticipated, and it clearly did not merit the claimed four-star rating. We regret to say that we will not be returning and would not recommend it.
This particular accommodation was outstanding. The hospitality that was shown to my family, particularly that for my son who has autism and caused some accidental damage to the doors, was truly remarkable. We were not even asked to pay for the damages, and we will forever be grateful for the amazing kindness we were shown.
The accommodation was adequate. We were given a room with plenty of space, along with a bathroom and a fridge. Unfortunately, it lacked a coffee maker. The building was generally quiet, though if you get a room at the front, be sure to bring some earplugs! The roof terrace was great and quite comfortable, while the pool was a bit small, but still entirely suitable.
