This hotel is an excellent option for anyone looking to explore the city. It has all the amenities you need, it's in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's slightly more expensive, but the central position makes it the perfect base for visiting the area's most popular attractions. Plus, the hotel is close to the main transport hub and you won't be disturbed by loud noises.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Barcelona Universal. The rooms were very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were so kind to even prepare breakfast to go when I had to leave early. Safety is paramount here, with key cards required to access the doors and elevator. There was a coffee, tea, capuccino and more machine that was open all day which was very clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on my next trip to Barcelona!
Overall a very good stay here.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop pool was a big plus. The internet connection was lightning fast and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Plus, the Paral-el metro was just outside the front door and I was able to easily reach the Rambla in a short walk. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!
We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a smile from Carlos. We were surprised to find that he had upgraded us to a superior room! The staff went out of their way to make us feel special, from Cheryl and Carlos in the lounge to Daniel who kindly brought me tea one morning. Mr. Winter even hailed a taxi for us! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Merce was so sweet to us at reception when we had to leave. The hotel was in a great location and extremely clean. The only suggestion I would have is that the food for breakfast could have been a bit warmer. That being said, this was the best hotel or apartment we have ever stayed in! ?We didn't want to leave ?. #amazingexperience #grateful ???
Stayed in a great hotel in Barcelona! The location was perfect ? – close to a metro station and plenty of attractions ?. The rooms were clean and comfortable ? and the staff were really friendly and helpful ?. We had some delicious cocktails by the pool ?. Highly recommend as a great place to stay - would definitely come back again ?️.
