This hotel is perfect in every way! The decor is luxurious, the location couldn't be better, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooftop terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the amazing views. Everything is so clean and inviting. The Wolf Tavern is another great surprise - the food is unbelievable and the staff are just wonderful. Hotel Barcelona Universal is an absolute must-stay! I had an amazing time here and would highly recommend it.
We had an excellent stay at Hotel Barcelona Universal. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfasts were great with plenty of options for both English and continental guests. The evening meals were delicious and cooked to perfection. From the rooftop, you could get a wonderful overview of Barcelona and its many attractions. The pool was a bit too chilly for us to use, but it looked inviting. Plus, the hotel was very centrally located so it was easy to walk to most places or take the metro and buses. All in all, we had a wonderful time in Barcelona, and the hotel definitely contributed to a wonderful experience.
My stay at the Hotel Barcelona Universal was a great surprise. We had only booked for one night but got so much more than we expected. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They gave us useful tips on how to navigate around the city, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is great and it's right next to the metro station, making it really convenient to get around. Moreover, the beds were incredibly comfortable, which gave us a great night sleep. We were a family of four and this hotel proved to be the perfect choice. Highly recommend it!
Hotel Barcelona Universal was great! The location was convenient and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and had a trio of beds, perfect for our family. It also had a large bathroom, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of variety. We'd definitely stay here again!
We got there, waited in the queue for 20 mins and then asked if the show was on. Then to our surprise the bar staff said "no, we don't show football here".
We booked with EasyJet so i don't know if the check-in issues were EasyJets fault or the hotel but i'll give it in points. I wouldn't book with Easyjet or this hotel when i return to Barcelona. - Room was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. - Staff at the restaurant were really helpful and the food was really tasty. - The hotel was conveniently located, close to the metro and tourist attractions. - Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. - Internet connection was quite good and had no issues with it. - They provided a shuttle service to the airport, which was very helpful. Overall it was an average experience, but there were some nice points.
