This hotel is a real gem! The breakfast is top-notch, with lots of options and excellent cuisine. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and facility are immaculate and well-maintained. There are also lockers that can be used to store your belongings after you check out. Highly recommend!
This hotel was ideal for our needs. We were conveniently situated close to the Sagrada De Familia, the subway, supermarkets and local cafes. It was a safe and tidy area. The service we received from the staff was top-notch and everyone was extremely friendly. The room itself was really comfortable and spacious. We had a peaceful night's rest and would definitely book here again. It truly was perfect.

We just came back from a long weekend at this hotel, and I have mixed reviews I'm afraid: Good Very clean, including bed clothes. Comfy beds Big rooms Bad Shower head not fixed properly which meant having to hold the shower head in your hand. A/C just didn't work, with temperatures of 25C even with it on. Breakfast had an awesome selection with alot of variety... however the fried breakfast was always stone cold. For such a nice breakfast, they should have something to keep the food warm.
This hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, close to Sagrada Familia and a few minutes' walk from other Barcelona sites. There are different metro stops nearby, including Monumental and Tetuan on the Purple Line (L2) and Girona on the Yellow Line (L4), so you can access most places quite easily. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a bit of a squeeze; but the beds are clean and comfortable. The bathroom wasn't ideal - there were black hairs in the bath (neither of us are brunettes) and the towels had a strong chlorine smell. We had booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast staff could be a bit disorganised, and there can be some confusion if you're arriving separately. Some of them didn't understand English very well. My friend has a gluten-free diet, and there wasn't much that she could have - just the fruit, ham and cheese. I'd suggest that the variety should be wider, and it would be nice to have some hot food too (e.g. ham and eggs, freshly made coffee). The coffee from the machine with milk was too sweet for me, and I didn't have the option to have it without sugar. Overall we were pleased with our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to our friends.
We were given a spacious superior double room on the 8th floor with modern furniture including a sofa, table and chairs as well as a king size bed. The room also had a covered terrace with sun loungers and a patio table with chairs and privacy screening. It was modern and spotless throughout, and was much better than some of the four star hotels I have stayed in, even in Barcelona. It is conveniently located to three metro stations and was only a 10 minute taxi ride away from Barcelona Sants Station for inter city trains. The price was great and the check-in staff were really helpful. I rarely give a glowing review, but I can fully recommend this place and I will be booking there again!
