I had a great experience staying at the Hotel Best Aranea. It's in a great location, right in the heart of Eixample, just a 10-minute walk away from both Sagrada Familia and Monumental train station, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating with our questions, and our group got a breakfast included with our stay, which wasn't the best but I didn't mind as it consisted of coffee and toast. The rooms were always clean and also had a small kettle and a basic, but not cold, fridge. We only needed the place for sleeping, so this was not an issue for us. All in all, it was the perfect spot for our time in Barcelona, and the hotel was great value for money.
We stayed at the Hotel Best Aranea for 3 nights and it proved to be a great location. It was only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Barcelona and less than 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia. The rooms were bright, spacious and spotless when visited by the daily cleaners. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us in organising transportation for a 4am flight. Check-in and check-out were super quick and easy. Although we didn't opt for the breakfast at the hotel, the coffee shops just outside were great and €3.40 for a croissant and a coffee was unbeatable. There was also a supermarket on the same street as the hotel, which was great to stock up the mini-fridge in the room. We would definitely recommend this hotel and thanks to the staff at the Hotel Best Aranea for making our stay pleasant and comfortable.
