Please don't be put off by negative reviews - this place really is lovely! Room was great and had all the basics, including a fridge, hair dryer, tea and coffee amenities and AC. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was huge. The only downside was it was scalding hot and couldn't be cooled down. But aside from that, it was great. Toothbrushes and combs were also complimentary - a nice touch. It was also conveniently located close to lots of restaurants, bars and public transport. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
My recent stay at a certain hotel in Barcelona started off average. ? We arrived at 12 pm and were told our room would be ready by 3 pm. Our luggage was locked away until then and we went out to explore. Upon returning we were shown to our room which was very dark, two of the lights weren't working and there was no natural light either. When I booked, the images showed a balcony, but the room I was given didn't have one, so I requested a change. Reception said they had no other rooms with the balcony, but I could change the next day. On day two, the balcony room was much nicer and cleaner. The staff were polite and friendly, and cleaned the room each day. As for the price, I paid way more than On the Beach recommended. Communication between the two seems poor as information is often wrong or not communicated. ? All in all, it was a good experience worth the money and I would stay there again. With some tweaking in areas, it could be perfect. ?
Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful?, the room was comfortable and cosy?, and the breakfast options were amazing?! It was located in a great spot, very close to the center of the city?. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone?!
The hotl is clased as 3 Star but I think this meets the requrements for a 4 star. The locatin is great for thoose lookin for a more livley spot, the staff are freindly and the faecilities are good.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Best Auto Hogar in Barcelona. The location was excellent as it was near all the bars yet still no noise in the rooms. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and gave me great advice about where to eat. I look forward to my next trip to Barcelona and staying at this hotel!
