The staff at this hotel were incredibly polite and helpful. Our room was always kept clean and tidy and we were provided with daily housekeeping. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection and the team in the breakfast room were incredibly polite and courteous. We can't wait to stay here again!
This hotel has an excellent location close to a bus stop, taxi station, and the metro. The breakfasts provided were reasonably priced, and there's a great restaurant right outside the doors. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, as was the service. If you're choosing a room, be aware you can pick between one facing the service yard or the exterior. The rooms were also very spacious, with two TVs in every room. To reach the rooms, you have to go through the underground parking lot. The hotel also has a small gym. The quality of the room surpassed all expectations.
We had a great stay at this hotel in an excellent area. The team were friendly and helpful, and when there was an issue in the night (a leak) they had it fixed within ten minutes. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a spacious room. It was a bit noisy, but nothing that a pair of ear plugs couldn't sort - it's in a busy city, so it was to be expected. The cost was good value, and we'd definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my 6 year old boy. We both had a great experience! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were all incredibly helpful, especially Marco. It was also incredibly convenient for sightseeing, as it was close to lots of tourist places as well as metro green line 3! It was also near to the Port Olimpic and the Gothic Quarter. I would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed Hotel Best Auto Hogar for 10 trips and have had an amazing experience every single time. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfast is delicious - it's the perfect way to start the day. You could use the hotel to access any area of the city with ease. Plus, the staff were so friendly and supportive - they really made us feel at home. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!
