We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great value for money, and the rooms were clean and cozy. We all had a bathroom each and there were minor issues here and there, but the showers all worked fine. Every room also had a small balcony which was a nice touch. Room service was available if desired and the air conditioning was effective, meaning we were able to sleep comfortably.
I wouldn't stay here if you need a certain bed type. Even if you have mobility or disability issues, there's no way to request a specific bed. A couple of days before arrival I asked for two twin beds and they couldn't accommodate this, even though I know from experience that it's perfectly possible for them to allocate a certain room. It's like they just couldn't be bothered to reserve a room for us even two days prior. Terrible customer service.
We stayed at this hotel as part of my wife's surprise 60th. The hotel was ideal and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. It's located within a short distance from the beach, marina, and various bars and restaurants with reasonable prices, making it the perfect spot to explore Barcelona. We took advantage of the 48-hour hop on hop off bus ticket available and it was only a few minutes walk away, allowing us to visit the major attractions with ease. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the city and I'd love to stay here again. The only disappointment was that the Nou Camp tour was unavailable due to reconstruction. Nevertheless, it gives me a good excuse to come back and visit Barcelona once it's finished.
Overall pleasantly surprised with the hotel.
I had a great stay at this place. The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job. Unfortunately I hadn't noticed that there wasn't a kettle in the room (I should have checked the website more closely!), but it turned out to be in a great location. Plus, they allowed me to check out at midday which was very convenient. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised.

This hotel was situated perfectly in Barcelona - halfway between the beach and El Born. All attractions were easily accessible, and the rooms and bathrooms were of great size. The buffet breakfast was top quality and the staff were very friendly. Located in the midst of all the activities of the Port and El Born, it was also within walking distance to Picasso and Ramblas. We highly recommend this hotel.
