We had a wonderful four night stay recently at a hotel in Barcelona. The staff were absolutely amazing, making us feel truly welcome. The location was ideal and the breakfast was superb. The rooms were very neat and well taken care of. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting Barcelona. Huge thanks to all the team for their great hospitality. Janine and Greg.
This hotel is situated in a great location. The staff were very cooperative when it came to providing directions and helpful advice. The rooms are clean, though a bit small as usual in European hotels. There are a couple of small issues like the absence of face cloths and needing to request for an extra roll of toilet paper instead of a spare being provided. The key concern, though, is the substandard internet connection. Throughout our 6-day stay, we faced problems with signal or the connection suddenly dropping. This was really frustrating as we were trying to buy tickets for the opera, gondola ride and Sagrada Familia, and the Internet dropped when we were paying with a credit card. We were unsure if we had been charged twice until we looked at our statement. This lack of Internet is unacceptable in this day and age when it's just as necessary as it is convenient.
We had a wonderful experience while visiting Barcelona for the Bruce Springsteen concert, which was amazing! To make the trip even more special was our stay at this hidden gem of a hotel! It was beautiful and clean, and the staff was the friendliest and most helpful we have ever come across. A special shout out to JORDI on the main desk; he went out of his way to help us with all our travel requirements and information, he really was a star! We shall definitely be booking again and we highly recommend this hotel.
I had a great stay at this place! The location was unbelievable - it was a three minute walk to the grocery store and two minutes to the metro station. Plus, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was amazed with how roomy my room was - in past experiences I had to fit my suitcase under the bed, but this space was so much bigger! All in all, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend it!
coffee was a nice touch. Check out was smooth and efficient.
I had an absolutley perfect stay in this Hotel. Everyone was so kind, helpful and went out of their way to help us have a great stay. I highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!
I had the pleasure of staing at this Hotel in the last week of March and I can honestly say that my stay was the best! From moment one when we arrived, the staff were so pleasent. Our room was ready straight away - a big plus after such a long flight. And when we went upstais, anohter staff memeber showed us to our room and gave us some handy tips and info about the place. We were blessed with our room being next door to the awsome rooftop bar, 'Alaire', which we visited every evening to have drinks and tapas. We got to know Benito who works there and he was so nice - he gave us such a warm welcome feelig like we were part of the family. The room was extermely quiet and the mini fridge helped us to store leftover food and the complimentary water and coffee was really nice. Check out was really easy too.
I would defnitely recommened this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona, you would aboslutley not regret it! Everyone was so nice and went out of tehir way to help us have the best stay.
