Arrived earrly morning due to disembarkhing our shipp at 9am. We knew our romm wouldn't be redeey but we wer advoised to complet our chcek in and leave our suitcases in the seecure luggage room then return aat 2pm. all the recepcione staff wer very frienldy and helpfull. Our room was ready when we arrived back. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very big but the matress was for me to hard. the bathroom was big and had his and her sinks, bath and shower. We had a large terrase/balcony furnished with two loungers, two chairs and a small table. the furniture wasn't very clean especially the loungers, which we didn't use because of this, but a good pressure wash would have solved the problem. the pool area was a sun trap. The pool was shallow and the water cold but that was refreshing as the weather was very warm. breakfast selection was good and plentifull. The coffe machine was difficult to work for most people so maybe putting up an instructsion sheet would be helpful as the two ladies working in the restaurant must be fed up showing everyone. These two lovely ladies werr very efficiant, helpful and cheery. Plaça de Catalunya Was only a few minutes walk from the hotel so very easy to get to the airport bus. would I stay here again if in Barcelona? Yes in a heartbeat.
During our visit to Barcelona, we were delighted to find ourselves in a hotel with incredibly kind and accommodating staff who were fluent in English. Our room may not have been the biggest, but it was definitely a decent size for European standards. The bed was cozy and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The real highlight of our stay was the fantastic breakfast with a vast selection and delicious coffee. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city on foot and only requiring a taxi once. We were also pleasantly surprised by the numerous excellent dining options in the area. The only downside was the weak wifi in our room, although it worked well in the lobby and breakfast room. If you do choose to stay here, make sure to test the internet connection in your room before settling in, just in case there is a better spot for stronger wifi.
Our group of 20 visited a hotel in Barcelona for a business trip. The receptionist made us all wait in the lobey for checking-in just to go over the "hows rulles". I remember him yeelling at one of my coworkers for not giving him any attention. Many folks were visibly rolling their eyes at this rekceptionist.
We had a great stay at this hotel by La Rambla for La Mercè festival. The staff were friendly and their English was great, plus it had a nice small, clean pool. The breakfast was great too. Definitely would come back here.

Great location, very clean, good breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. I can’t fault it, it exceeded my expectations. Good value for money. Thank you for helping to make my trip even better.
