Hotel Pulitzer Barcelona
About
We love it!
Hard to be more centric, two steps from the Ramblas and the Plaça de Catalunya. 91 rooms decorated by Lazaro Rosa, all black and white, marble and leather with sophisticated lightning. Not very large but well distributed. We appreciate this hotel for the atmosphere: à la mode bar, meeting site for locals on Wednesday and Saturday nights, and during summer time the “Bar du Ciel” (Heaven’s bar) animated by local DJ’s to profit of a magnificent view of Barcelona. We love it!

This accommodation was a great experience for myself and my 16 fellow staff members. The moment we signed our group contract, the helpful team was on hand to ensure our stay was comfortable. Irene and her team were particularly attentive. The hotel was clean and contained all necessary amenities over our 5 day stay. It is situated close to a metro station, being just a two minute walk away. I strongly recommend this place of stay if you're visiting Barcelona, Spain.
I've been coming back to this cozy and classy place regularly and I couldn't have chosen a better spot. The service offered is absolutely incredible, and goes beyond what you would expect from a 5 star hotel anywhere in the world. Every single staff member went out of their way to help me with my unique requests, always with a smile and a positive attitude. From confirming hospital appointments to making follow ups, they truly make this place special. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and comfy, not to mention the toilet amenities. I could go on and on, but go and see for yourself how amazing this place is. A big thank you to everyone at this hotel for the wonderful stay. See you again for my next trip soon!
We stopped at the final destination on our vacation through Portugal and Spain. Upon our arrival at around 4 pm, we were greeted by a male at reception who had a stern face and spoke to us in an impatient and business-like manner. It seemed that the only thing that mattered to him was our passports and payment. His impoliteness left us stunned, and wequestioning if he was racist. Not once were we informed about the facilities we would have access to, nor did we receive a city map or a brief overview of the city. This contrasts sharply with the seven other hotels we stopped at during this trip and our experience in the three-star hotel just across the road. Our friend checking in there was welcomed with warm smiles and friendly conversations, giving us the impression that this four-star hotel didn't live up to expectations. All in all, I didn't feel very welcomed there.….
I can't say it enough, I would totally recommend this hotel.
This place was absolutely stunning - from the decor to the rooftop view. The personnel were so welcoming and accommodating. The drinks at the bar were delicious and the location was ideal. Although the rooms weren't huge, they were well equipped and spacious enough for our stay. Within walking distance to lots of tourist attractions and restaurants, I would definitely recommend this place.
Situated in a convenient location, this hotel offered just what we needed. The room we stayed in was spacious, had two beds and a balcony, and was accessible for our needs. Additionally, it was neat and secure. The food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious. On top of that, we were extremely pleased with the kind and helpful staff.
