This hôtel was perfect ??! Rooms were gr8, nothign to c0mplain ab0ut. The l0unge and po0l at the 7th fl00r were amaaaazing. Sanjeev did an incredible job evry day we went up t0 the p00l. He and the rest of the l0unge staf were aweeesome haha ?. This hôtel is a musst-g0!! Really cl0se t0 evrything y0u need t0 see in Barcel0na ??. D0nt hesite, c0me t0 this hôtel.. ??
We stayed at this hotel for just one night, as we returned to Barcelona to fly home from BCN the next day. It was serviceable for our needs, but I wouldn’t recommend it. As two adult friends, we requested a room with two beds when booking, but were given one that could have been converted into a twin, as it simply wasn’t done. Why offer the option if you are only going to ignore requests (and then be pretty rude about it to your guests)? Aside from the bed, the room was ok, with a large bathroom and shower and a functioning AC. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the street at all hours, and a nearby building alarm that went off from 2 AM until we checked out at 11 AM. The front window appeared to have been busted overnight too. The breakfast selection was decent, with plenty of variety to make a decent meal. The attendant working the breakfast area was very nice and welcoming. As we waited for our taxi to the airport, the front desk attendant told a guest that “sometimes the WiFi doesn’t work on the iPhone.” Umm… that’s not how wifi works.….
I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. The staff were incredibly hospitable and they remembered my special occasion. While I was out exploring, I was delighted to find a bottle of Cava in my room when I returned. The accommodation was perfect and even wheelchair-friendly. Additionally, its location near the Arc del Triomf was ideal.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were a group of 14 celebrating a Hen Party, and although we only used the rooms for sleeping, everything was great - the rooms were clean, the air conditioning was excellent and a safe was provided at no extra charge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when it came to our needs, and the rooftop bar and pool was a lovely place to relax. This place comes highly recommended.
This hotel is in a superb location and the beds are super comfortable. Unfortunately, they don't replenish the complimentary coffee and tea daily, even when asked twice at the reception. We were told to go to the lounge, yet the lounge told us that they don't serve coffee to the rooms, only at the lounge. It was a bit disappointing. The room cleaning could have been better as well. Overall, there is more potential for this hotel.
