I would not recommend this hotel at all. Despite being advertised as a 4-star accommodation, it felt more like a 1-star experience. On the first day of our stay, we encountered a broken sink and had to deal with the frustration of standing water. Disgusting, to say the least. Although it was eventually fixed, the following morning we were rudely awakened by loud noises coming from the nearby renovation area. It seemed that they were working on the rooms next to ours, which made us wonder why we were placed in a room adjacent to a construction zone. To top it off, the first room we were given was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. We were also disappointed to discover that there were no robes or flip flops provided, and the door looked like it was about to fall off. The staff at the front desk were just average, nothing exceptional. They could definitely benefit from better customer service training. If you are planning to visit Barcelona, I would recommend staying at a different hotel. This one was not worth the hassle and disappointment.

My five-night stay at this hotel was for a business trip. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience. The hotel seemed to have a policy of discriminating against certain guests, which made me feel unwelcome. Despite paying a significant amount for my stay, I was not allowed access to the open air lobby on the 15th floor. When I asked about it, I was informed that it was only for specific guests. This made me question the value of my stay and left me feeling disappointed. On my last morning, I had a conversation with another guest who also noticed shortcomings in the hotel's management. While he was kind enough to invite me to the lobby, his room key did not work, showing a lack of attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide variety of food. Some minor changes, like having milk available next to the coffee station, would enhance the experience. I also had issues with the air conditioning, which did not respond properly to the touch screen interface. It required multiple attempts and even a call to reception to turn it off. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are other options in Barcelona that offer a better stay.

?️ Great location for a city break! Just a short distance from the centre, easily accessible by ?. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, but the ?️ air conditioning could use some improvement. We tried the breakfast, which had a good selection, but the hot breakfast was a disappointment as it was ? cold. We also booked the spa, which turned out to be a disaster. The staff were unwelcoming and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. No lockers were available and we were expected to leave our belongings in an unlocked room. We decided to leave and asked reception to remove the charge from our bill, which they did. However, none of the staff apologized for the issues we faced. Perhaps that's not a norm in Spain? Overall, the hotel was good, but these 2 incidents were a letdown. ?

The accommodations were quite spacious and had all the modern amenities one could need. The breakfast options were top-notch with a wide variety of choices, including the luxury of champagne and a flowing chocolate fountain. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, with special recognition to a gentleman named Jesus who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The nearby metro station made it incredibly convenient to explore Barcelona and the beach was just a short walk away. We were able to leisurely stroll down to the marina from there. Overall, our stay was fantastic and this hotel's location was perfect for those looking to be a short metro ride away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will definitely be returning to Barcelona and this particular hotel - it comes highly recommended for a wonderful city break. Thank you for a great experience!

I recently stayed at a hotel located in a great spot near shops and bars. The tram and metro are within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city. The room was impressive, with its cleanliness and spaciousness. The rooftop pool was a highlight and added to the overall experience. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was accommodating and polite. The only minor issue was the lack of English channels on the TV, but with so much to do in Barcelona, it didn't really affect our stay. Overall, this is the best hotel in Barcelona and I highly recommend it.
