The highlight was the free rooftop pool although views were of other hotels, it made for a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Pool towels were offered free, although there were some instances where all had been used. The room was spacious and the air con worked well, but the shower was either too cold or too hot, which could be dangerous for children, so we decided to have cold showers all week. There was a train station just a few minutes away from the hotel, but you had to be careful of pickpockets in the area. The hotel had a luggage room which was locked, only to be opened by staff. It is important to note that there is an extra city charge of about €39 to be paid on top of any hotel bookings.

The second time staying at this hotel proved to be just as good as the first! Rooms were modern, clean and had a wide variety of ameneties. The lighting system takes a bit of getting used to, but after some help from the front desk, it was easy. ? Comfortable beds and linens were definitely a plus. Breakfast restaurant had plenty of choices for every dietary requirement.?? Drinks in the Lobby bar were mixed to perfection by the bartending staff, or you could take it outside to the patio.? Location wise, it's close to public transport, shopping malls, and residential buildings. The front desk was incredible and really accommodating.? They even offer airport or cruise port transportation with the cleanest vehicles and the friendliest drivers. All in all, really recommend asking for a room facing the Diagonal or beaches on a higher floor for great views and security.?

This place was awesome! From the second you walk in, you can tell that it's something special ?. The rooms were incredible - you had everything you could possibly need and more. The towels and beds were changed every morning to keep us comfy, and the breakfast buffet included something for everyone ???. The staff were really friendly and accommodating too ?. All in all, an amazing hotel that is definitely worth a stay. Highly recommend ????!

I recently went on a visit to Barcelona as part of a delegation for the World Parkinson’s Congress. Aside from many attendees with Parkinson’s, their care, partners, scientists and healthcare professionals, I was there as a guest without the condition. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost on the way, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in trying to figure out how to shop for essential items and stay in touch with the airline to get updates. Thankfully, they loaned me a charger which was essential for my electronics. ? The rooms here were modern and comfortable, with an inviting bar area. ?Breakfast, included with my rate, was absolutely delicious and of an abundant variety. ? The hotel location was also excellent for the conference-goers. ? Prices were very competitive and their service was top-notch, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. ? I would highly recommend this hotel and give it 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The wheelchair accessible room at Hotel SB Diagonal Zero 4 Sup was ??! It was large with a great bathroom, and had no carpets on the floor. The staff was ?? too - very helpful and pleasant. Plus, the breakfast every morning was ??. Best of all, it's just ?‍♀️ away from the convention center and beach! ?
