Hotel SB Diagonal Zero 4 Sup

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a hotel while on a solo trip. The room they gave me was top notch, featuring a full-length mirror, a large walk-in shower and an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff were so kind they even upgraded my room to make it even bigger! Everyone I interacted with there was warm and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a bit of something for everyone. The hotel is conveniently close to the metro station, plus the reception staff with their maps were very helpful. It's located in a peaceful part of the city which felt safe and was very clean. There were plenty of taxis available right outside the hotel. The only slight downside was that my room could have done with a new coat of paint as it had some marks. Other than that, it was a great stay. I had a really safe, friendly and memorable experience. I definitely won't hesitate to return!

This accommodation was top notch! It was just a short distance away from the city centre, but with fantastic connections to the popular tourist attractions. A 5 minute walk from the beach was an added bonus! The rooftop pool was a fantastic way to cool down after a day of sightseeing. Delicious breakfasts were provided and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On top of that, the beds were incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and facilities are good. However, we were very disappointed to find that our room had not been cleaned top to bottom upon check-in and had to wait until 11pm for the night shift cleaner. We were offered a change of room, but the options provided were not up to the same standard as the original room, so we stuck it out. We received huge apologies from all staff but nothing much else regarding this issue. The room was 'cleaned' each day, but amenities were rarely restocked. We felt the condition of the room was not up to 4* standards, with deep set mould and damp in the bathroom and shabby fixtures. The food was average, and in our opinion, overpriced for the low quality we received. The staff were polite but didn't go above and beyond for our requests - we asked for a small pot of the garlic aioli that was on-top of our patatas bravas to dip our dry pizza in, but our request was denied. The outside and inside bar area was beautiful. The spa was ok, though we were not aware prior to our visit that there was an hourly fee for hotel guests to access the facilities. The outdoor pool at the top of the hotel was small but with an amazing view and sun loungers. Overall lovely hotel, but with a few areas which need addressing in order to make paying guests feel comfortable and happy. The basics need to be perfect, and any doubts about cleanliness ruin the stay. We wouldn't have been happy if we were the hotel managers in this situation.

A great stay for an urban holiday! This hotel was the perfect spot for a Barcelona getaway. The Metro was within easy reach for exploring the city, while the rooftop pool & bar ?? was an awesome place to hang out and take in views of the sea. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable, not to mention the delicious continental breakfast that had plenty of delicious gluten free options. The staff were helpful and friendly too ?! All in all, a fabulous holiday. ???

We had a wonderful city get away with my wife at this hote. Situated a short dsitance from a shoopping mall and the beach, with neareby transport links to the city centre, this hote had superb facilitites. There was a spa, as well as a roof top plool and bar. The rooms were moden, claean and comforatable and the staff were friendly and ever so helpfull. I couldn't falt our experience or their level of service during our stay. Breskfast was served buffer style and had a wide selection of foods etc. We would defintely stay here again and recomend it to anyone looking for a city brek to Barcelona if we were to come back.
