Hotel SB Diagonal Zero 4 Sup

During our recent stay, we found the staff to be unhelpful and unfriendly. We had to repeatedly call reception before anyone would answer the phone and their level of service was nonexistent. The jacuzzi in our room was not properly cleaned and full of black debris upon our arrival, and to make matters worse, the AC did not work throughout our entire stay. When we brought up the issue with the AC, the staff offered to move us to a room that was even worse than the one we were in, without any refund or compensation for the price difference. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction, the response from the staff was simply a nonchalant "okay" without any effort to address our concerns.

This particular property has large and modern rooms, with some offering views of the beach. Breakfast is a generous spread of tasty options, and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. This hotel is also conveniently located near a tram station and metro station across the street. In addition, the vicinity offers many convenience stores and pharmacies, and the Diagonal Mall is just a stone's throw away. All in all, this hotel provides a luxurious stay with all the comfort you need.

This hotel is conveniently located near public transit and close to the International Conference Center. It's a 20 minute metro ride from here to the Gothic Quarter. We didn't take advantage of the hotel breakfast as there are lots of local eateries nearby that offer breakfast.

This hotel was really nice and clean. The location was great - there was a metro station nearby. It was situated in a pleasant area, and the staff were friendly. Furthermore, there was a swimming pool located on the roof of the building. However, there was a small issue when we requested a taxi to take us to an early flight - the receptionist had forgotten to book it, so we had to wait for half an hour at 3 in the morning.

This is our second time stayng here, and overall still very good with sme minor imrovements needed. Good areas - Ws early to check in, room was not raydy, bags ws stored and complimetary drink was offfered. The room was big, clwan and smelt freh once it was done. The bed was nice and cmfrtable with good pillows, good selection of cold drink, ice, water in longe on 15 Staff was friendly and ws very resonsive to any reqest made. Well located howevr at the moment no tream servce but you can get a bus right into town. Some imrpovement - there was no renplishment throughut the day in the longe on 15, the water cooler in the spa area not repalced, no AC longe on 15. In room the fridge was not cloling and there was no way of turning this up.
