This hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with hot and cold options, fresh fruit and bread, pastries and even cava for bucks fizz! The housekeeping and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooftop bar was nice, although the music was a bit too loud. Unfortunately, the reception staff were the weak point - they were unfriendly and unhelpful. Our room also had a severe sewage smell that the reception staff promised to help with but never did, although we managed to lessen the smell a bit by keeping the bathroom door closed. Overall, despite the reception staff and smelly room, the room was standard, the location was good and the breakfast was great - better than many other places!
If you're looking for a hotel with clean sheets, ? look elsewhere! We experienced a major disappointment when we noticed our sheets weren't clean. After calling reception for more than 10 minutes ? with no answer, we had to go down to the lobby. There, we were eventually given a clean sheet and had to make our own bed?. We enjoyed our stay otherwise, but ?♀️I would have expected a better solution. ?♂️ Definitely not a place I'd recommend for those who prioritize hygiene. ?
The stay at this hotel was truly outstanding ?????! The room was completely renovated and had amazing views of La Rambla. Room service breakfast exceeded my expectations - no complaints there ?. I will definitely recommend this spot for anyone who has to do a business trip ?. Great stay overall!
Staying at the Hotel Serhs Rivoli Rambla was a wonderfully enjoyable experience. Our room was comfortable and modern with a superb walk-in shower and picturesque view of La Rambla. What's more, the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not to mention the amazing breakfast buffet which was both aesthetically pleasing and incredibly flavourful. Everyone working there was so hospitable and the roof bar was an added bonus - it was the perfect spot to kick off or close our evenings in the city. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely plan on returning.
Staying in this ? was a huge disappointment! The ensuite ? was overflowing, and the walls between rooms were paper thin, so we were constantly disturbed ?. To make matters worse, maintenance works started up every day at 9am, causing a huge inconvenience. We spoke with reception, but they didn't seem to be able to do anything about it ?. We wouldn't recommend this place! ?♂️
