Hotel SERHS Rivoli Rambla

The room was little bit small but clean and the bed was comfortable .

I recently stayed at Hotel Serhs Rivoli Rambla for a couple of nights and I must say, it was quite an experience. For starters, the room we had didn't have any coffee, which is a major downside. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. On top of that, the room had a distinct smell of sewer coming from the air vents. The elevators were another issue. They were so small that only two people could fit in at a time and barely worked. We asked the front desk lady to help us out but she raised her voice and told us we had to wait as they were running a simulation. Despite some of these issues, the room itself was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Pool outside was a great spot to relax and take in the view which included both the beach and the mountains. The breakfast was freshly made and varied each day however, the evening entertainment was lacking. The staff were friendly and accommodating though and I'd definitely stay here again.

The positives of staying at Hotel Serhs Rivoli Rambla outweighed the negative. Although the first floor smelt of sewage, the staff sorted us out with a great upgrade, so no problems there. The best room was on the top floor, with no see-through glass toilet this time. The pool outside was great and the view of both the beach and the mountains was stunning. Breakfast was freshly made and different every day, however, evening entertainment was lacking. Nonetheless, the staff were friendly and helpful and all in all I had a great experience - I'd definitely stay there again.
