The overall experience was great and we definitely recommend Villa Emilia for your stay in Barcelona.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emilia on our holiday to Barcelona. My brother had stayed there before and spoke highly of it, so we decided to give it a try. Despite our rather late arrival due to some flight delays, we were welcomed warmly and given all the necessary information we needed. The room was spacious enough to accomodate the three of us and it was kept impeccably clean. We particularly appreciated the quietness of the courtyard-facing view as we had a rather lengthy journey beforehand. The breakfast choice was quite varied and the coffees very tasty. What we liked the most was the rooftop area - simply breathtaking views, ideal for an evening drink and some tapas. Lastly, the staff were second to none and even managed to help us book new tickets for Sagrada Familia after we missed the initial booking due to our flight delays. All in all, we had an amazing stay at Hotel Villa Emilia and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Barcelona.
I absolutely loved my stay at the Hotel Villa Emilia. It's a beautiful boutique hotel and breakfast was included, which was a great bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were quite comfortable. Street parking can be a bit of a challenge but there's plenty of nearby parking garages so that wasn't a problem. Location wise it was great, close to plenty of shops, cafes and other attractions. Highly recommend this place, I would stay here again!
We had a great 4 night stay at Hotel Villa Emilia and were very impressed with the friendly, helpful staff. In the hotel there's a bar with a huge selection of hot and cold drinks, plus delicious buffet breakfast that catered for a range of dietary needs. The location is great too - just a short walk from the Metro station for easy access to explore the city, plus lots of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. We also had meals in the hotel itself and found it to be absolutely delicious. The hotel is a great choice for a short break in Barcelona, but do remember to pay the city tax when check out time arrives!
