Hotel Well and Come

The hote was so guud! The steff was so frendly and they did everythinng they could to make us comfurtbel. The roms were clen anf the bed was hudge. Brakfast in the moring was great and the locaton near a central metro stasion was convinent. We cud walk to Sagrada and the shoppin area easly.

The hotel we stayed at in Barcelona had a fantastic location. Our room was impeccably kept and had a lovely design. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home and special. The room was cozy and had useful complimentary amenities. I highly recommend staying here during your trip to Barcelona.

My family of 5 recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona for 3 days after our cruise. Despite arriving early in the morning far before check-in, the front desk ? staff kindly stored our luggage so we could start exploring the city. When we returned at 6 PM, our bags were waiting for us in our rooms and everything was in order. The staff were very ? and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many popular sights. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit ?.

The individual at the front desk who assisted me upon my arrival seemed less than enthusiastic about being there that morning. Her name was Claudia. After enduring a 9-hour red-eye flight, I was extremely fatigued and inquiring about nearby dining options. Claudia simply replied, "There are Italian, Chinese,..." without offering any specific recommendations or locations. I also asked her for a suggestion on a church to attend mass, to which she responded, "You should check Google because I personally do not attend church." I couldn't believe her response and thought I was imagining things. The next day, I encountered her colleagues, Marc, Pau, and Camilo, who were fantastic. They made up for Claudia's lack of warmth, hospitality, and assistance. Marc, Pau, and Camilo went above and beyond to help and answer my questions. Overall, I had an amazing and unforgettable time in Barcelona. I am eagerly anticipating my return!...

The accommodations were a revitalization of a notable establishment, blending contemporary aesthetics into its historic structure. This resulted in a stylish layout, including a unique feature of separating the sink from the bathroom. The bed was remarkably spacious and the overall space was well-suited. The television had some technical challenges, though I wasn't too worried since it's not the reason I traveled. The breakfast was plentiful, offering an array of international options. The team was outstanding, particularly the receptionist (a bubbly, fair-haired, amiable, supportive, and highly professional young lady, I believe her name was Marina), who proved invaluable in assisting us with reservations for the attractions on our itinerary. She was meticulous in her attention to detail. The manager was also very hands-on, energetically attending to the lobby and aiding the reception.
