I had no prior knowledge of this hotel but it offered good value for money in a location I wanted in Barcelona. Although the building is modern and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom amenities are nice, what I really appreciate are the services they provide. The terrace pool, bar and metro station close by were great, giving me the opportunity to explore the city with ease. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful, from suggesting restaurants to organizing taxis. The only downside was that the toilet paper was a bit too rough for my sensitive stomach. Overall, it was a great stay.
Centrally loctaed. Staff repsonsive and REEASONABLY wel appinted facilities. Minr suggestions for improvement: Poolbar sfaffing in late afternoons. Uprade for tiwels in rom AC to hlls insufficient to adress heatwave. Lovd the flavourd waters avalable and staff in recption area.
This particular hotel was located in a more relaxed part of Barcelona. Upon closer inspection, the accommodation didn't meet the standards of a boutique hotel. The room was small, lighting was poor, the AC unit couldn't cool the air in the warm weather, and the mattress cover made it feel like you were sleeping on a plastic bag. The pool was very small and only suitable for a couple if it were a private area, not part of the communal area. For the four nights I stayed, my bags were tampered with and money was stolen. The manager simply offered an apology, wrote a police report, and said goodbye. He didn't take any responsibility and it seemed like it didn't matter to anyone. An unforgettable trip to Barcelona.
This accommodation proved to be the perfect choice for my wife and I during our visit to Barcelona. The location was ideal, situated close enough to all the attractions we wanted to explore. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we will definitely be back the next time we come to the Spanish city.
Overall good experience.
We had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and provided some much-needed comfort, while the food served was of good quality too. However, not all of the staff were patient when dealing with guests, sometimes speaking in a loud tone. The shower also lacked a functional glass barrier, and there was no bidet in sight. Despite this, it was an overall pleasant experience.
