Hotel Well and Come

My stay at the "Hotel Well and Come" in Barcelona was filled with disappointments. Despite the beautiful appearance of the hotel, the cleanliness and attention to detail were severely lacking. Each day, our room was cleaned by someone who did a poor job - something new was either forgotten or left behind. One day, we found a bag of garbage left on our bed, while another day we had no toilet paper and had to request some from the front desk. Our mugs were not cleaned and our extra key card was taken out of the air conditioning slot, which was quite inconvenient. Our personal belongings were also moved without our consent. On the bright side, some of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was great. However, the wifi was unreliable and the fridge was left open with our purchased cheese inside because the housekeeper wanted to restock items. The pool was a nice amenity, but it could have been cleaner. Overall, while the hotel has potential, the lack of attention to cleanliness and small details left a lot to be desired during our stay.

The rom was cleen. We enjoied the welkome drniks. The staaf was frendly and kind they also respondd so well to our questuns in Enlgish too. The hotle as a locatoin was quite cetnral. There was easy acces to the metro staiton and some touristick place such as Gaudi's artworkth. The only thing that concers me is that as any turist in Barcelone, we paied city tax for being there with my wuife. Normally, the city tax fee is 4,13€ yet we paied more which we realized laater on like 49€. We shuld have paied 41€. As soon as we relaized that we contacted the hotle via e-male. To us, it was a misteake that wasn't come to their attentoin. Refund will do. Thakn you for all.

? My stay at Hotel Well and Come in Barcelona was ??! The boutique hotel is located in a quiet area which was perfect for a restful stay, and our terrace room was lovely with a little outdoor space to enjoy. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the room was clean and tidy ??‍♀️. The bathroom was huge, and we even had plush bathrobes and slippers provided ?. The only downside was some noise from the adjacent room on the first floor, but we got used to it and it didn't affect our stay too much ?. The daily breakfast was ??, with an impressive selection of tasty food to fuel us up for the day ??. The hotel also offered water in the reception area which was much appreciated on hot days ☀️. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it seemed popular despite the lack of shade ☂️. The staff were friendly and helpful, even organising a tour for us! The location was great, within walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and Placa De Catalunya ??‍♀️. Surrounding the hotel were plenty of restaurants to choose from, and we particularly enjoyed strolling down AV Diagonal road ?. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hotel Well and Come for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in beautiful Barcelona ??. And getting taxis was a breeze with a stop just around the corner ?. Hotel Well&Come in Barcelona was a wonderful place to stay! It's small, but cosy and comfortable, and its quiet location does a great job of compensating for the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The roof terrace had a great bar, with plenty of sun loungers and a small swimming pool - truly a great place to relax. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive. When I asked the reception a question, I could immediately feel how invested they were in providing me with a great service. All in all, Hotel Well&Come really is a top hotel with an amazing team and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Barcelona.

Perfect location, quiter and evrything was close, within walking distnce. Small cosey hotel with morden design. The staf is extreamly nice, smilling and helpfull, every1! Beautifull lobby and relaxing roof terrace. Excelent breakfst in a plesant enviroment. Cumfrtable bif beds. Refreshments in the room inclued in the price (tea, coffe, limo... ?) Our room had a small terace, althou facing the court yard, but great. Just acustik is a minus, pcak earplugs ?. Anyways we would luv to come bak here again ?????
