The accommodations were quite outdated and the rooftop area was also showing signs of wear. We had some trouble with our room not matching what we booked and paid for, but the staff was not very accommodating. They insisted that the room we wanted did not exist, but after showing them a photo from TripAdvisor, suddenly it did exist. This kind of dishonesty does not sit well with me. The bathroom had a dark concrete design and the shower had a rusty drain and door frame, which may be fine for a short stay, but if you are planning to stay for multiple nights, I would suggest double-checking your room.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were so ? and ?, making our experience even better. The room was comfortable and spotless. ? could have offered more options, but it was still delicious. Although I was there for work, I'm already planning a trip back with my ????. Highly recommend!
The room was excellent, however there are a few recommendations I have. It would be beneficial to have drawers, USB ports for charging phones, washcloths, and Kleenex. Despite this, the bed was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the private terrace. The rooms were pleasantly quiet which was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. The bar, lobby, and roof terrace were inviting and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I cannot fault the staff, they were all amazing, patient, and extremely helpful. A special mention goes to Camilo, the night front desk employee, who went above and beyond with restaurant recommendations/reservations and organizing taxis, as well as giving us directions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and attentive. The room itself was pleasant and I especially appreciated being able to open the window for a view of the bustling street. One suggestion for improvement would be to add USB ports in the lamps for charging our phones. Despite the chilly autumn weather, we were disappointed to find that the pool was too cold to swim in. We had previously stayed at a hotel in Venice without a pool, so we were looking forward to trying out our new swimsuits here. Perhaps it would be better to either heat the pool or add a jacuzzi for guests. However, I did manage to have a lovely nap on the comfortable lounge chairs on the rooftop terrace. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others for its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff who make an effort to get to know their guests on a personal level.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely suggest this accommodation to anyone visiting Barcelona. My only complaint is that I had to write a lengthy review in order to share my thoughts - it would have been nice to be able to leave a shorter response.
