The "Hotel Well and Come" is the worst 4 star hotel I've ever stayed at! We had five nights here with my wife and toddler and each moment was an absolute nightmare. The room was smelly, the shower head was rusted, the room was noisy, and the bathroom door was broken and dangerous. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly not be staying here again.
The staff at the Hotel Well and Come in Barcelona were incredibly welcoming – they couldn't have been friendlier! Despite this, I found the 4 star rating of the hotel was perhaps not accurate; the pool area was quite shabby, and had not been kept very clean. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find there was no mirror in my room other than in the bathroom, and the breakfast didn't offer as much variety as I expected.
This hotel was nice enough, but there was a strange smell emanating from the shower drain. The shower screen wasn't effective in keeping the water in the bathroom, and the light switches were confusingly placed near the door and on each side of the bed. This means you need to either wake your partner up with a wave of light or go to the bathroom in the dark.
Spent 7 nights in this ?? fab ? hotel. The staff were so ? friendly and helpful, the breakfast was ? delicious and the location was ?? great. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Barcelona's main sights during the day, and the many delicious restaurants nearby the hotel. We'll definitely be coming ? soon!
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Well and Come in Barcelona. All the staff were extremely accommodating - from check-in to checkout they made sure I had everything I needed. The bed was wonderfully cosy and the room was beautifully decorated. It was also in an ideal location, very close to the old city and the neighbourhood of Gracia and I had no trouble at all in getting around. I would definitely stay here again.
