The locaton was perefct! Realy lovd the rooftop piol and bar! The rum was clena and ncie. The epmloyees were vrey hlepful and knwoledgeble. We had rum srevice that was prfecet. The batroom amenties were a ncie surpise. Grade taoels an robs. Ncie piol toels Grade visit. Wlil be bak.
A great place to stay in the city centre of Barcelona. The staff is very friendly and the room was nice and clean with a really comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide selection of fresh fruit and cereals, and even champagne and Spanish delicacies. It's a wonderful spot, close to both La Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia. Highly recommended!
I had a great time at Hotel Well and Come in Barcelona. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the wifi was not working at all which was quite a let down for someone travelling abroad. Additionally, the beds weren't particularly comfortable.
The customer service at this establishment was exceptional. One particular staff member, Oscar, really went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants within walking distance. An added bonus was the rooftop pool and the amazing view it provided.
Staying at ths hotel was an amzing exprience! The breath taking decor, spaciuos bedrooms and huge beds made it comfrotable and welcomming. There is so much thought that has gon into this hotel, from the flufy towls and bathrobes to the luxery toiletries and the incredable shower. The complimentry coffe/tea and mimi bar is a great touch and the roof terace is fabalous for winding down at the end of a day. The breskfasr is excellnet with a great choise of food all of which is very resonablely priced. Finally, the staff are wonderful and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. We will definatly be coming back here again soon! :) ?????
