The hotel in Barcelona surprised me with its impressive architecture, stunning decor, and top-notch service. I was truly impressed with every aspect of my stay and I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10. The retro urban design, complete with charming details, adds a special touch to the atmosphere. The attention to detail is also reflected in the customer experience, with spacious and comfortable beds, a delicious à la carte breakfast, a cozy coffee/tea area, and a delightful culinary adventure.
I recently stayed at The Hoxton, Poblenou Hotel in Barcelona and unfortunately, my experience was just average. The rooms lacked warmth and did not leave a lasting impression. However, what was truly disappointing was the terrible housekeeping service. My room was not cleaned for two consecutive days, even after I brought it to the attention of the front desk. To add to my disappointment, the food was also only average. Taking all of this into consideration, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with many interesting spots to discover in Poblenou and convenient access to the city center. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. An added bonus was that the hotel is dog-friendly, making it a perfect choice for pet owners.
During our stay in Barcelona, my team and I spent 3 nights at this hotel for our offsite. The location was fantastic, making it easy to find taxis and connect to various places. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We also indulged in some delicious cocktails at the hotel's restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and the beautiful weather only added to the experience.
This accommodation is an absolutely gorgeous spot for anyone looking to spend their time in Barcelona. Its proximity to a nearby metro station makes it incredibly easy to access all different parts of the city. The room itself is simply fantastic, and the service provided by the staff is top-notch. I can only imagine how stunning it must be to take advantage of the rooftop pool during the summer months. Needless to say, I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit.
