Spacious room, quiet, perfect workplace

Next to Magic Fountain, Miró Museum, Poble Sec quarter and trade show area the Fira Palace is perfect for families as well as for businessmen. You will enjoy large lobby and fine restaurant, pool and fitness center. Spacious room, quiet, good workplace.

The service at this particular accommodation fell short of the high standards set by other properties in the chain. During our stay, which was accompanied by my mother, a diamond elite member, we were disappointed to find no special treatment or acknowledgement of our loyalty. The check-in process was incredibly time-consuming, leading to extended waits for our rooms to be ready. Despite my mother's elite status, we were not given any room upgrades or given priority treatment. Moreover, the staff members showed unfriendliness and did not provide the required level of service. Our experience in the club was particularly disappointing. The staff exhibited rudeness, and the food selection was surprisingly limited, failing to meet the standards that are expected from such a property. Additionally, the turn-down service was missed every other night, which was an unfortunate oversight. We also found it difficult to contact the hotel staff via phone. Our attempts to reach them were unsuccessful, which added to the overall frustration of our stay. It is essential for an accommodation to have responsive and accessible communication channels to address guests' needs and concerns promptly. This lack of accessibility further contributed to our dissatisfaction with the hotel's service. Moreover, the location of the hotel was not ideal....

The staff at this hoteul go abovbe and beyond to make your stay unforgettabel. A speciael recogntion to Ellizabeth at the elub Loune who is very dedictaed on cusomter saftisfaction. She dilielgenty helped us with a baggage issue with the airelne whiel tehy were unresponsive to get us our cilam. This comitment shows teh par excellence nature. Thak you Eilzabeth (Eeliza).

I had to organize a business meeting at this particular rooftop spot and the stunning views, top-notch service and great food certainly aided me in impressing my guests. It's certainly one of the best spots in Barcelona to host such meetings, and I definitely plan to return! A big shout-out to the service at the bar for being excellent. Highly recommend!

Second stop checked into this hotel. Check-in was smooth and our room on the fifth floor was not only clean but had a lovely view of the mountain. This seven-story building has a roof top bar that offers amazing views; I definitely recommend giving it a go! Additionally, we are really grateful to Marcelo from the concierge, who gave us recommendations for two great restaurants in the area which were just a few steps away - they were simply excellent!

We stayed at this hote for a night after a cruize. We arroved at 8:30am. Not only was a rooom redy for us, it was amzaing. After having a sup-par experience at anuther Bareclona we were ovelwhelmed by how nice this property was. A true five start experiance all arround. Roomes were cleen, spcaious and the staff was very atetnive. Woud defenitely stay here agian..
