We had an amazing stay at this hotel! ? Especially loved the wonderful service provided by Danny, Laura ? at the front desk, Laura on the 7th Floor near the pool deck, and WeisThe Intern. Mila was immensely helpful in checking us in and booking us a taxi for our departure. ?? The staff were the friendliest we had encountered in a while! ? Laura at the front desk made great restaurant recommendations for us. ? The location of the hotel was also ideal for exploring the city. ? We also really enjoyed all the amenities: the complimentary wine hour, the gorgeous room, and the top-notch security. ??️?
We arrived late morning on a Monday and expected to check in and dump our bags - but our room was ready ? which was a lovely surprise ? Room was on the 5th floor - lovely and clean ? - bit of noise from the street late at night but you’d only hear it with the window open ? Breakfast was fabulous ? - though a bit expensive at €29 each ? Complimentary wine each evening 1830-1930 we didn’t attend but it seemed popular ? Swimming pool was disappointing ? - only 80cm deep at its deepest part ? The roof terrace gets busy but there are heaters and blankets for cooler evenings ? 8mins walk from Placa De Catalunya - we got the bus from the airport €6.75 one way which was a bargain ? Hotel is in the gothic quarter and well worth a visit ?.
We booked a room on the petite side, but the hotel was perfectly situated and the staff were wonderfully welcoming. The concierge at the entrance, who also stored our baggage and always managed to have a taxi on stand-by, the check in crew, who answered all our queries and gave us some tips, the breakfast servers, who got us started for the day in a great way and the lovely Tricia at the rooftop bar, were all exemplary. I would definitely stay at this hotel again for another visit to Barcelona!
The service I experienced was ??. Jordi made this stay ?. All the restaurants were ? and the view from the roof top was ?. The rooms were modern and really cozy. We'll be back soon ??!
I had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the breakfast to the staff to the room itself. The location is also great, right near a metro station. The evening free local wine was a really nice touch too. Everyone was so pleasant and I'm very thankful. This hotel really went above and beyond!
