I had a great time in Barcelona staying at this hotel. It was right in the heart of the Barri Gotic (Gothic Quarter), so I was really close to loads of great local eateries and the iconic Las Ramblas. The views from the rooftop were stunning- definitely worth a visit. The staff were really friendly and helpful, so you really feel at home. I would definitely recommend it.
This hotel was phenomenal! Every staff member was incredibly hospitable, making sure our stay was nothing less than perfect. You won't find a better spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing than the rooftop pool. Customer service was top-notch - our every query was answered without delay and every request was quickly fulfilled. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone planning a trip to Barcelona!
The room was excellent for three people, providing plenty of space. Cleanliness was of a top standard, and the staff was both helpful and welcoming. Each day brought a lively Happy Hour, allowing us the opportunity to meet other guests. The Gotic Quarter location is unbeatable - I'd definitely recommend this accommodation.
This hotel was just about perfect! With an ideal location for exploring the city and some of the quirkiest rooms (with an odd shower configuration - but we loved it!) ? The only critique would be to add another clerk or two during peak times. ? But the two best parts were definitely the bars. ? The lobby bar was a great spot for a pre-dinner drink and to get some local knowledge from the doormen. But the roof-top bar was even better, with amazing city views, a small pool and amazing sun deck that you just had to go up to! ? This hotel was small, boutique, service-oriented and heaped with local culture - a perfect place to stay ?!
Great location and friendly staff, but there were multiple things not going to plan. We were promised a taxi for a tour, but when we went there we were told none was available - resulting in us missing the tour and losing our payment. When we wanted to sit in the Terrace, we were refused even though it was empty since “others had made reservations”, but more people came after us and were given the choice of where to sit. Finally, we had made a reservation at a restaurant for dinner, only to be told upon arrival that it was closed. We had to order room service for our last night here. Despite the friendly staff and good location, we were left disappointed that we chose this special occasion.
