The hotel staff were incredibly polite and attentive from the moment we arrived until our departure. Special thanks to Lara and Joedi, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our rooms when we checked in. I've stayed in many IHG hotels over the years, and this one had the best service by far. The breakfast selection wasn't the largest, but the quality was top-notch. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in Barcelona again.
This accommodation has a great location right in the Gothic centre, and the staff are absolutely amazing. The reception, concierge, pool and breakfast staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the value for money is outstanding. I have stayed here 5 times and would certainly go back again!
Superb hotel ?. Check-in was easy ?, room was modern and stylish ?♀️. Although right in the centre of the Gothic Quarter it was really quiet at night ?. The complimentary wine every evening ? was also very well received ?. Highly recommend! ?
So many positives - thank you to all of the friendly, helpful & professional staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Brilliant location - so much was within easy reach. Rooftop bar area had fantastic views and we appreciated the luxurious small pool (a real treat in the heart of the old town) in the hot weather. We adored the sleek, sophisticated decor. The family room was two separate bedrooms connected by a private vestibule. The only thing we'd amend would be the layout of bedroom / ensuite. Each bedroom was an open plan design and we would have preferred a door for privacy.
This property is right in the middle of everything, and the staff is excellent and super helpful. Even when a power outage occurred shortly after our arrival, Danny did a great job assisting us with our luggage to a parking garage. However, be sure to pay attention to the details about the hotel when booking - we wasted almost an hour and a half driving around before we realized that we couldn't drive directly to the hotel. Apart from that, the hotel is great and has a wonderful rooftop pool!
