We arrived from a cruise ship one Saturday morning, earlier than our expected check-in time. To our delight, the staff told us that our room was ready and so we could check in right away - what a relief! Travellers should note that the street this hotel is on is quite narrow, with only certain vehicles able to access it. We had to walk in about a block. The staff were excellent and attended to all of our requirements. There's a great rooftop bar with stunning views of the city, and complimentary wine is served in the lobby each night until 7:30. Housekeeping was impeccable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful. I emailed them to arrange a surprise for my partner's stay, and they responded almost right away, offering to deliver a gift and a card to their room without any cost. They were so attentive and friendly - it was a pleasure to work with them.

The staff here were outstanding, able to get us into our room well before check-in time to fit our red eye flight from the US. The rooms are small but very nicely done, in excellent condition. The location is great as it's right in the center and you can totally walk everywhere. Although it's off some narrow streets that are often packed with pedestrians, cabs can have a tough time accessing it. The fitness room is tiny and super basic, only really allowing three or four people to use it simultaneously. That said, I'd definitely stay here again!

This wonderfully appointed hotel is located in a delightful pedestrian-only area. If you need transport the helpful staff can arrange a cab right to the front door. Everything is in walking distance and the area has a fantastic modern atmosphere. Room rates include a sumptuous breakfast with a range of fruits, pastries, toasts, smoked salmon and cereals, as well as an omelette and egg station and any type of coffee you’d care to have. The rooftop bar has stunning views and the staff are professional and courteous. Prices might be a little steeper than other places in Barcelona but they are worth it. If you don’t fancy buying something, you can always relax by the pool and admire the view. Above all, the staff are extraordinary, everyone is incredibly accommodating and attentive, with a special mention to Danny who was invaluable. I’d highly recommend staying here.

What an unforgettable experience! We stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an amazing time. The staff were so warm and welcoming, especially with our toddler ?. The accommodations were top-notch and immaculately clean ?. We even had a chance to check out the rooftop bar and take in the amazing views ?. A must-visit if you're in the area ?????!
