Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Las Ramblas

During our recent trip to Barcelona, we stayed for three nights at a hotel in a deluxe room. We had to make changes to our booking and the communication via email was efficient. The hotel staff was very helpful, allowing us to check in earlier and taking care of our luggage after checkout. Our room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge, complimentary water and apples, a nespresso machine, and nice toiletries. We were impressed by the double balcony with comfortable seating, and had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed and pillows. The rooftop terrace was open even in January and provided a pleasant space to relax during the day. The location was perfect, within a 5-minute walk to Las Ramblas, Boqueira market, and the Gothic Quarter. We found plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby, including Superclassic for tapas and cocktails, Pizza Circus for delicious pizza (which can be delivered using the easy-to-use Glovo app for English speakers), and Patisseria Santa Clara for amazing Crema Catalan cake. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drinks at the hotel's bar. Alex, the bartender, provided exceptional service and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of bread, cold meats, cheese, fruit, juices, hot drinks, and hot dishes for an additional cost of €12. If we ever return to Barcelona, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel's staff was truly exceptional. They were attentive and friendly, and their service made up for the fact that the property itself could use an update. The staff clearly takes pride in their work and is always willing to assist when needed. However, I had some concerns about security in the area, as it can be dangerous. I would advise against walking alone after 11:00 PM. Despite this, the staff and property were both very good, among the best I've experienced in the EU.

Loverly hotel. On a street just of Las Rambles convieniently located close to la boqueria Market, Las ramblas and transport connektions. Just minutes walk away form Las Rambles. Brekfast was reelly nice gud selection, all fresh and lots of choyce. We did'nt try any eavning meals or the bar as there's so many restorants and bars in the city center. Room was perfekt we were a famly of 4 and it was reelly spacios with a balconi. Room was spottless and was cleened every day. Staff were reelly frendly and so helpful with directons when we asked. Check in and chek out was effishent. Would rekomend this hotel to anyone and would stay agen 100%.

During our trip to Barcelona, we stayed at a hotel located just a short 5-minute walk from the Metro. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff upon our arrival. Check-in was a breeze and our room, which was surprisingly spacious for a city hotel, was clean and well-maintained. Imagine our delight when we found a bottle of red wine, a coffee machine, bottled water, and fresh fruit waiting for us in our room. The daily housekeeping was also top-notch. If we ever return to Barcelona, we wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again.

Located just a short walk from Las Ramblas, this hotel was in a convenient location for exploring the city. However, during our stay, we encountered some issues that may be of concern to other guests. Despite our request for a double bed, the front desk was unable to accommodate and instead offered a room with two separate beds pushed together. The next day, they promised to fix the issue and compensated us with a balcony room, which unfortunately had a view facing a nearby wall. Additionally, the bathroom had a broken light-switch that could not be turned off. For light sleepers, the thin walls may also cause disturbances. On a positive note, the rooms were well-appointed and the cleaning staff were friendly and thorough. The front desk staff were also polite and helpful. While these minor inconveniences did not bother us too much, they may be more significant for others. Overall, if I were to return to Barcelona, I would consider staying at this hotel again.
