The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky

We chose to stay at The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky for our anniversary trip and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. This hotel truly embodies luxury and the customer experience was top-notch, surpassing the standard 5-star experience. The staff was always available and willing to assist with any inquiries, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire stay. We were even pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. Emma and Paola stood out as exceptional staff members, promptly resolving any issues and always going the extra mile to accommodate any inconveniences we may have had. The rooms were impeccably cleaned daily and the views from our room were unparalleled. The food at the hotel was also exquisite. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and with a metro station only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. We can confidently say that this hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating and we were completely satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

We checked out this morning after a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The hotel, located close to the airport and away from the city center, took only twenty minutes by taxi. We were treated to an upgrade to Suite 2210, with spectacular views from the high 25th floor room. It was clean and tidy and a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff on The Level were polite and accommodating; they had drinks and snacks available throughout the day. We enjoyed breakfast with views from the top, and took advantage of the pool and spa - both were great places to unwind. Last night, we ate in the in-house restaurant and had a delicious meal. We had high expectations of this hotel and it certainly lived up to them. We will definitely be returning one day soon.

I had a wonderful stay at The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky! The staff were incredibly hospitable and always willing to go the extra mile. The location of the hotel was perfect for the event I had tickets for, and the view from the 24th floor was beautiful. Furthermore, the room was modern and spacious, leaving me with nothing to fault! All in all, I had a fabulous time at Melia Barcelona Sky, and the brand certainly did not disappoint.

I can't even begin to express how helpful MARC from reception and JOAN were. They provided assistance with everything from A-Z. I had the best room on the upper floor executive -- a junior lounge. Unfortunately, housekeeping wasn't up to my standards as an assistant and accommodation manager. After I left money for housekeeping, nothing was done and amenities were not replenished. It's a shame that supervisors don't focus more on their job and I even encountered one on the corridor who didn't bother to ask if everything was ok. Once again, a HUGE THANK YOU to MARC and JOAN! Helena and Martin will be back soon.

This hotel was simply increadable! It's locasion is ?, just a 10 minutes?walk away from the hop on-hop off bus. The pool is ?beautiful and the staff was really ?nice. I totally recomend the level for snacks, evening drinks and more. Our experiance was ?fantastic, the rooms were clean and spacious for Barselona.?
