The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky

The staff were incredibly friendly and the lounge was great, as was the happy hour and breakfast on the 24th floor. Unfortunately, the maintenance and cleaning of both the public areas and the suite left a lot to be desired - when we arrived, there was a ball of hair on the floor, and after 4 requests, the same piece of trash was still there 4 days later. Even worse, your feet would go black just from walking on the suite floor... The area around the hotel is nothing special, so when the facility fails to offer even basic hygiene, it's best to avoid it.

We had an amazing stay at The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky Hotel! From the moment we arrived after our delayed late flight, the customer service was extraordinary and put us at ease right away. Our room boasted a stunning city view and was wonderfully decorated. This was an impromptu addition to our honeymoon, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights there. Everyone was so helpful and recommended sites and leisurely walking routes that were perfectly tailored to our type of holiday. A big thank you to Manu and Pere for the amazing service!

This hotel was absolutely delightful, however, there was a large group of people celebrating a stag do present in the building, and this did impact the lifts by making them quite busy. Additionally, the bar was quite loud, so we opted to not enter the city and explore it on foot. If you are traveling on a cruise, this accommodation is perfectly situated.

I stayed at a hotel while on a work trip, conveniently located across from the office. The drive from the airport was 10-15 minutes. The reception staff was friendly and offered drinks while we waited. There's a lounge with snacks and refreshments that were mostly great, with one complaint for those with gluten allergies. Our room was on the 16th floor, and upon entering, there was a strong smell of damp. While it wasn't uncomfortable to stay in for two nights, I have asthma and it wasn't ideal. The room included a double bed, a toilet, a shower/bath area, a safe, a wardrobe, a sofa, tea/coffee makers, and some complimentary items like shampoo, hairdryer, and towels. However, there were no USB plugs for charging and no place to do makeup. Additionally, the shower head wasn't very clean and the toilet was low. Upon returning to the room, the blackout curtains were opened. The sound and light from the hall was easily heard and seen due to the gap under the door. Breakfast had some confusion, but eventually I was able to get some snacks, fresh fruit, and meats/cheeses without issue. The gym was not well equipped and the adapters were outdated. I didn't have time to try the spa or swimming pools. Checkout was smooth and the staff were great, but based on my room, the breakfast, and the overall state of the hotel, I would not return or recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we checked in, Lucia, Sofia, Giulia, Emma, and Antonino went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself was amazing and exceeded all expectations.
