The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky

We visited in March 2023 and found the location to be suitable; although not located in the center, it was easily accessible by metro. Rooms located in the upper floor offered a great lounge on the 25th floor with friendly staff, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. The only downside was the room which had amazing views and perfect size, but the carpet and the bathroom were not in the best shape. Additionally, the hotel corridor design was not inviting. Breakfast served on the 24th floor offered a good selection and live cooking, however only having one nice coffee machine (WMF) made other coffees with capsules not so enjoyable. Furthermore, a cocktail hour at night was also available but lacked a hot snack and cocktail.

The level in the Melia hotel is an amazing experience. From check-in to check-out, our stay was pleasant. Although there were a few hiccups at the beginning, the management staff was very helpful and accommodating, which quickly changed my opinion of our stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was slightly slow but the staff was very friendly and helpful. After receiving our room, the door was not functioning properly, but with the help of the management staff, we were quickly able to change rooms with minimal disruption. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, and the service was astounding, save for the minor issues at the beginning. Having a Gold membership, I did feel I was not given the full benefits, but the overall service was great nevertheless. Lastly, The Manager, Paula Franco Garcia, was a remarkable person with an understanding of customer service and relations that truly made my stay worth it.

We had an amazing stay at The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky. It is in an ideal location in the Poblenou area, with easy access to the beach. We were also lucky enough to experience the Level Club on the 25th floor with stunning views. The room had a modern design, with the view from the window unobstructed. We also had great breakfast experiences each morning. Although the gym was a bit small, it had everything we needed. The staff was very attentive, making for a pleasant stay. Our time here was unforgettable, and we'd definitely come again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at The Level at Melia Barcelona Sky. From the moment we arrived, the helpful staff at the front desk provided us with a hassle-free check-in and some useful travel tips for the city. Our room was immaculate and nicely decorated, not to mention the stunning views of the cityscape! The breakfast had plenty of delicious dishes to choose from. Even though it's a bit outside the city center, it's still easy to get around with the taxis and metro nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

Absolutely amazing.

The Level at Melia Sky was a great choice and I had an amazing stay. The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was delicious and the junior suite was perfect. The views from the 24th and 25th floors were breathtaking and the bathroom with its double sink and shower as well as deep bathtub and dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space were a nice bonus. Everything was absolutely amazing and I would definitely stay here again.
