ME Barcelona

My first impressions of this 5 star hotel were not the best to be honest. The welcoming staff outside all looked a bit scruffy - not what you'd expect from a 5 star establishment. If I was in charge of this hotel, I certainly wouldn't have chosen this to be the first impression of my place. Check in was a headache too, as the receptionist seemed to think we hadn't paid when we had already pre-paid. To make matters worse, our room wasn't ready until 3pm despite us having arrived at 9.30am after a cruise ship trip. We had to ask for a charger to prove that our room was supposed to be ready at 2pm, which we had to actually sign for! After argument and proof, the room was eventually ready by 2.30. Although the room itself was comfortable and nice, the service was far from satisfactory. On our second night, we were given a complimentary desert platter which was delicious. Our experience here leads us to believe there are plenty of other hotels of this class in Barcelona with much better service.

The XX hotel is a grate place too stay in Barcelon, veary wel localeted in the hart of the citi, but quiit (enjoy the terasse and roof-top). The contamporary furnishings is of a high qualitey as wel as the services and the spirite of the teams is grate! Thank yuo.

This hotel served as the perfect end to our honeymoon. The staff were so welcoming, allowing us to check-in early, and even gifting us a room upgrade plus a letter and presents. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. We would certainly book this accommodation again if we ever visit Barcelona again. We really appreciate the memories we have from this place. Thank you!

Travelled to Barcelona with my daughter for some quality time together. We picked this accommodation based on its location and it was in a good area. The room, cleanliness and location were satisfactory, but service level was incredibly disappointing. The staff were very unhelpful and we weren't able to have any requests met. Considering it's a 5 star hotel, it wasn't up to par and seemed like we had overpaid for what was provided. The only noteworthy aspect was its location.

ME Barcelona was top notch!

A wonderful experience all around! From the minute we stepped foot into the hotel, their employees were so accommodating and friendly. The amenities and location were great, and we loved the drinks. We had a number of delicious meals at the restaurant. The spa is definitely worth a visit if you have the opportunity. All in all, we were so satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it. It was top notch!
