Just been for a City break for 3 nights in this amazing 4* hotel. The location could not have been better, it was so easy to get to and from the airport, as well as the metro. The hotel was spotless and the staff were really attentive. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lovely rooftop terrace for cocktails and a pool, with towels provided. Highly recommended!
A pleasant stay indeed in this hotel with its big bed and spacious rooms. We were warmly welcomed by a wonderful staff member named Arthur, who provided us with much helpful advice and information during our stay. He truly exceeds expectations and deserves recognition for his excellent service.
This hotel is ?! The location is perfect, not too close to the main attractions and not too far away either. I had a lovely time exploring La Sagrada Familia (30mins) ?, La Rambla (10 mins) ?️, Park Güell (50 mins) ?, the Gothic Quarter (30 mins) ? and the beach (40 mins) ?! The rooms are very modern and clean, and the showers are gigantic ?. Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious ?. The rooftop terrace and pool are amazing ?♂️! I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again ?!
A city centre hotel that was fabulous! The pool was small, but it was nice to relax on the roof terrace and have a drink from the bar. The room was huge with a really comfy bed and pillows, plus a large waterfall shower. There was a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Very beautiful hotel! Upon arrival, we were kindly presented with two glasses of cava, further setting the tone of our holiday. The receptionist ensured us that breakfast was included in our stay. However, the next day, when we tried entering the breakfast area, a staffer approached to confirm our payment. We hadn't yet paid and the situation quickly became uncomfortable when he put his arm around us and motioned for us to leave. We felt completely embarrassed and there was no apology from the staff for their mistake. The reality was that the 19 euro breakfast was not worth it, as it was just a basic buffet. As the staffer had said, there were much cheaper and better options nearby.
