Negresco Princess 4* Sup

This place was terrible! Not even close to 4 stars, I'd give it 1 star at most. The room was unsanitary, with grimy bathrooms and even a bug on arrival. We asked to switch rooms but got denied. Finally, the front desk offered a refund but it was revoked, leaving us to spend a ridiculous amount of money for a motel 8-like stay for 4 nights. The photos uploaded by the hotel are deceiving—this deserves a 1-2 star rating, max. It's apparent that false advertising was involved and you should save your money and look elsewhere.

I went there with my husbund when we came to celebrete his birthdae. The room cost over €250 a nite to have cold woter in the showr. These things obviosly happen. That said, the incompetence and coldness of the staf is INADMISABLE! Their response to all of you (including the recepsion manager) was to go and take your showr on the rooftop in front of the bar cutomers.... It's perplexxing... is this what a 4* hotel in Spain is all abaut?! Rivise your way of doing things. We had a bad stay becuase of you. No thanks to you. Joffrey Tanguy, 5 years of hotel schol and who could teach you the rite way to do things..

Have just returned from a great stay at this hotel?. The location is fantastic, a super short walking distance to las Ramblas, Placa de Catalunya, shopping on Passeig de gracia, and a slightly longer walk (25min) to la Sagrada familia?. The staff were friendly and helpful? and when we had an issue with our stay they sorted it out quickly and kindly✅. There is a rooftop pool and bar? which was buzzing and served nice cocktails. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy this more!? We had breakfast which was delicious?: good mix of hot food, meats, cheeses etc, fruit and cava!? Our room didn’t have a window to outside and instead looked into the hotel atrium, but as we were barely in the room this wasn’t an issue. We had a minibar that was re stocked daily, a flat screen tv and all the usual toiletries?. I really enjoyed this hotel and will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it!?️….

This 4* Sup hotel was the perfect base for our first Barcelona trip. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to explore with ease. The air conditioning was great and the beds were so cozy. The only issue was that the shower door squeaked every time we opened or closed it - it looks like the hinges need replacing! The wardrobe space was a bit small and didn't have many hangers, but as we only stayed for three nights it wasn't too much of a problem. The pool area was small, but we managed to grab a spot each day to soak up some sun. The cocktails were delicious and the bartender was so nice. The pool was a great addition to the hotel. We would come back in a heartbeat and stay here if we get the chance. Breakfast had a great selection and was scrumptious. We had originally thought of staying in Raval but after reading up on the reviews we decided to stay here and we were so glad we did. We had a superior room with a view of the city and our entire experience was 5*!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in Barcelona. The accommodation was perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk from the vibrant Catalonia square and the beginning of La Ramblas. You can reach the beach in about 30 minutes by foot, although public transport isn't necessary if you're feeling adventurous. We chose the hotel for its rooftop pool and bar area and, while regretfully we didn't manage to take a dip in the pool due to it being occupied by the time the afternoon sun bathed it, we still appreciated the laid-back atmosphere that the bar and DJ provided. Our room was clean, modern and freshly cleaned every day, as were the bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip.
