Negresco Princess 4* Sup

My stay at this 4* Sup hotel in Barcelona was amazing! The friendly staff were so accommodating and the location was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drink at the rooftop bar, as well as the prices. Our room was both modern and spacious. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Sheryl, Aniadna, and the security member Malik, for their help when my wife had an asthma attack - they kept her calm until the ambulance arrived. Many thanks to them for their great service.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! We had a 4 night stay here in Barcelona and it was absolutely fantastic. Room 602 had a fantastic balcony that gave views of the city - definitely worth the extra money for a room like this. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfy. The hotel is modern and spotless, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There's an incredible rooftop bar with a pool and a great selection of drinks and light snacks. On top of that, it's in an excellent spot with nearby metro stations for easy access to the main attractions. Plus it's only a 15 minute drive from the airport. We had an amazing stay and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Barcelona!

I spent a great stay at Negresco Princess 4* Sup. It was very conveniently located close to the main attractions and the shuttle bus to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to give a helping hand. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-equipped. The breakfast was really enjoyable, the bed was cosy and the shower was really good. The prices for their services were also great value for money. I would highly recommend this place.

5 free drinks and free espresso pods was the only positive about this hotel. The carpets in the hallway were disgustingly dirty and it was clear the rooms hadn't been well cleaned. We found hairs and nail clippings in the sink and in various places around the room. When we checked in, we were told we'd been upgraded to a better room with an outside view, and that it also included breakfast. But the next morning, when we went to the cafeteria, we were denied breakfast and humiliated. It's safe to say that we won't be staying here again, and will definitely look for other options next time we visit Barcelona.

The rooms are very comfortable, bright, and spacious. The staff was very nice and always at hand to help with anything you might need. The amenities are great and there's something to suit everyone. I highly recommend this hotel, it's ideal for both business and holiday trips.
