Nobu Hotel Barcelona

During our stay in Barcelona, my family and I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from the staff at our hotel. The employees were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. In particular, Ismael provided us with fantastic dinner recommendations and Anas promptly fixed our Wi-Fi troubles when we encountered them. The dining room staff were also extremely attentive and accommodating. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall level of customer service and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Before booking this hotel, we read the reviews and some were saying the neighborhood isn't great because it's not near the main highlights of Barcelona. That is exactly why we chose this location because it isn't around all the crowds and noise. We took a quick 5 minute cab ride to the main attractions and honestly, after being around all the crowds we were happy to retreat back to the hotel and walk around the neighborhood and we ate at several nice restaurants. There is a supermarket literally right next door to the hotel. It is called Mercadona. They had beer, wine soda and plenty of snacks and food to take back to the hotel. We ate at Peking XXI several times. Great asian food. We enjoyed strolling the streets in the neighborhood and popped into many different little stores and had a fabulous time. If we return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay here again. Our suite was gorgeous. The beds were super comfy and I definitely appreciated the cold air conditioning. I agree with other reviewers that the prices of the food is extremely high, but we opted to eat at nearby restaurants instead. The breakfast was pretty good, it's not awesome, but pretty decent. I would have liked the rooftop a little better if the food wasn't so pricey. We had no problems with the staff and the doormen were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Taxis were out front at all times. Super easy to get to the main attractions economically by taxi plus on a rainy day we went to the mall which was fun and had lots of stores. We felt safe the whole time walking the neighborhood. Anything you needed was close by. Shopping, restaurants, ATM and many bakeries. The train station next door was convenient for travelers but we used taxis. No issues or noise at all from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel!

This place was outstanding! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They even went the extra mile after they found out it was our honeymoon. It was quite honestly the best hotel stay we've ever experienced. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Barcelona.

I barely wirte reviews but people shoudnt be decieved. It's a 3 star at best! We asked daily for room servce to clean our rooms or they won't clean it. We asked daily for new towls or we will have to use old ones. The shwer design is flawed, water constanly leakes out of the shower. Room servce wing answer the phone, can you imagien a '5 Star' hotel room servce not picking up. I have video feotage too! When they do, they dont bring your request. I called ip 3 times for them to bring up slippers, it didnt come. Locatin is not great, only view you get is the train staiton. To get into the lively city, it's a 20 minute walk. I would pay the extar dollars and just stay somehwere closer. This hotel cheapens the Nobu brand. Terrible!

I encountered the rudest staff member at this five star hotel. She had brunette hair and glasses and when I asked about the rooftop (closed due to wind) and when they might reopen, she told me I could have an early checkout without fees. It was an inappropriate response to my question and when I pointed this out, she left the scene. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and I will be attempting to get her name as soon as possible.
