We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful so we were able to forget about the bad start. The breakfast was pretty good, a variety of items and juices. The lobby was well furnished and the lobby bar was a nice touch. The free WiFi was great.
Overall, Nobu Hotel was a decent stay, despite the unpleasant start. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful which helped us to feel welcomed. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The proximity of the hotel to Sants metro station made it easy to get around the city. The free WiFi was a great bonus. We would recommend the hotel to others.
