A very centrally located hotel ?, with lots of choice eateries around ?️. Well served by the metro ? within walking distance ?♀️. Big rooms ? are clean, modern ?? and stylish ?️ with good ? and quick ? service. Great staff ?, very friendly ? and helpful ?. Inhouse Michellin-star restaurant ?️ providing great brekky ? which we tried ?.
This place was great- everything from the clean rooms to the awesome rooftop pool ?. We definitely enjoyed the location as well as the nice breakfast ?. There could be more lounge chairs on the rooftop, since they fill up quickly, especially with the number of kids there ?. The service wasn't quite up to par with what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, but it was still alright ?. But all in all, it was a pleasant experience and I'd recommend it ?.
This was an incredible stay! Comfort and service were top-notch and I can say this was the most enjoyable part of my trip. Every detail was taken care of and the staff were delightful. I look forward to returning in the future and would stay here in a heartbeat. Many thanks to everyone involved.
My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were welcomed with open arms and received top-notch service. All the staff were very friendly and professional. We took their restaurant recommendations and were pleased with every choice. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available, and a special shout-out to Oscar in the restaurant - he made us feel right at home. A big thank you to Daniel at the front desk for making our trip so special.
This is the third time we have visited Barcelona and stayed in a certain hotel. With all the flight delays, lost baggage, and cancelled rental cars that we had, exhaustion was unavoidable. We could not be any more thankful for the Reception Team that we encountered, always making sure that our experience will be pleasant despite the difficulties. Detail-oriented and with impeccable customer service, they made us feel like family ?. Valentina and Fatima, the management team, were Fantastic! They did their best to take care of us and provide us with the best possible stays. We highly recommend this hotel ? and we are looking forward to our next visit to Barcelona ?.
