This hotel was fantastic with amazing amenities. The accommodations were beautifully decorated and the room was roomy and cozy. The breakfast choices were delightful, filling and delicious! The best way to kick off a day of sightseeing and exploring.

Our final destination in Barcelona was a 5 star hotel that we chose as a grand finale to our 8-week trip. And let me say, it certainly lived up to our expectations. Right from when they called me in Australia to confirm our booking details, to when we left at 6am and one of the staff kindly offered us a coffee before our taxi, the service was impeccable. The junior suite was top-notch, with amazing hotel amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the nightly turn down service which included chocolates and the staff always asking if we needed anything extra like towels or water. And to top it off, the hotel had a rooftop pool, two on-site restaurants (one of which had a Michelin rating), and a great location near many popular attractions. Overall, we were extremely happy with our choice of hotel.

During our recent trip to Barcelona, we stayed in this hotel for four days from 17th October to 20th. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that we had been upgraded to a junior suite from our original Design room. The doorman was also very helpful, quickly assisting us with our luggage from the taxi. The staff's attention to detail was evident when we returned to our room in the evening to find a bottle of cava chilling in an ice bucket with an abundance of ice and water. Such a thoughtful gesture. The following day, we embarked on a day trip to Girona. However, on our way back, we were unfortunate enough to become victims of a pickpocketing scheme. A man and a woman sprayed a black liquid on our backs, distracting us while they pretended to help by offering water and tissues to clean the mess. In the chaos, the man managed to steal my wife's necklace. We only realized this upon reaching the train station. Upon informing the reception, they promptly sent a heartfelt note and some chocolates to our room. We also requested a written report from the front office manager, Mr. Javier Navaza, for insurance purposes, and he kindly provided it without hesitation. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of La Sagrada Família and other popular sights. The level of service provided by the staff was unparalleled and made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. Krish Moorthy.

During our 9-night stay from the end of September to early October, my companions and I were thoroughly impressed by our accommodations. In this post-Covid era, it is safe to say that this establishment stands out as one of the finest we have experienced. From the moment we were greeted with a glass of cava at check-in to the excellent service provided by the staff, the tasty breakfast options, and the convenient location, our stay was exceptional. The room was also well-equipped and made our experience even more enjoyable. The front desk team went above and beyond by offering fantastic restaurant suggestions and being extremely accommodating. We felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
