This establishment was a fantastic option for our stay in Barcelona. The top-notch dining options, attentive team members, and delectable breakfast were all standout features. Our daughter also had a wonderful experience, making it a great fit for our family. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with the option of walking or utilizing public transportation. We will certainly be returning, as it satisfied all of our requirements.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, the staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location was ideal. Situated in the newer section of the city, it had its own charm and was also within walking distance to the historic district. Plus, there were convenient stores and markets nearby. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

? We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel in Barcelona! The ?‍♀️ staff were so kind and accommodating (shoutout to Renata!), the ? breakfast was delicious, our room was ? comfortable, and the location was perfect. ? Before our stay, they even reached out to ask about our ? pillow preferences - a small but much appreciated touch. We would certainly choose to stay here again!

I recently had a 3-day, 2-night stay in a hotel in Barcelona. The accommodations were great; the rooms were tidy and had plenty of space. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to assist. The hotel also had a highly praised restaurant that I highly recommend trying out.

?? After traveling to different 5-star hotels around the world, I've come to realize that they all have similar features and services. However, what sets them apart is the staff's empathy (?). This is now my main criteria for judging a 5-star hotel - its "Empathy Indice" (EI) which measures the level of kindness and customization of services without expecting anything in return. As a trainer and coach, I have specific needs during my stay and the interaction with the staff is when I can truly assess the hotel's "Empathy Indice" compared to others. At this hotel in Barcelona, the EI is one of the highest (?). I know the employees' names and they know mine, yet they maintain professionalism and respect during our conversations. They genuinely ask, listen, and act to accommodate my needs according to their internal policy (?). And at the end, they wish for an excellent stay (?). I would like to thank the manager Yves, Nuric, Raul, Li, Rentana, Eli, Dani, Alpha, Lari, Saida, Mazzo, Jesos, Wendy Raul, David Adizia Christina for their exceptional service (?). And to those whom I didn't get a chance to meet, thank you as well for working behind the scenes to make our stay a happy one (?). All the best!?
