? Our stay was amazing! ⏰ After a long trip, we were given a private area to freshen up and start exploring ? Barcelona. The service from the staff was top-notch and we were beyond happy with our room. ? Will definitely be back next time in Barcelona!

My second visit to Ole Eixaple, and I gott say it's alwayz exelent. There is no wondre that this hotle haz 5 stars. The staff are alwayz supir nice and courteious as soon as you walk through the dours. The room is wondrful, spaciouz and clen. The loction is perfict for all the sightseing and fude. And fianlly the meals/drink selecshun is exelent. Ole Eixaple is my favorit hotle evor, and I regulurly wil come back to Barcelona becoz of my experians.

The quality of the services and the dedication of the staff were top-notch. Our stay was flawless, making every penny spent well worth it. We encountered a few issues with the TV, but they were promptly resolved. The hotel's location is also ideal - peaceful at night, yet conveniently located near all the must-see attractions.

Located in a charming area of Barcelona, our recent stay was exceptional. The hotel provided all the expected amenities and the breakfast was delightful. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. However, what truly stood out to me was their exceptional response when I fell ill with Covid on our third day. They were able to secure me a room for the additional three nights of my stay and even connected me with a physician. Their care and compassion during a difficult time was beyond appreciated. The hotel's location offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being in close proximity to lively areas. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon arrival, the staff went above and beyond by personally assisting us with our luggage from the street. The check-in process was seamless and the lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly, immediately making us feel at ease. We were even able to check into our room early, which was a relief after our early morning flight from London. Our Junior Suite was spacious and well-equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable bed, and a luxurious bathroom complete with a large tub and shower. The modern design added to the overall comfort of the suite. The turn down service was a lovely touch and the room maids did an excellent job. The concierge provided us with helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and even provided us with a map detailing key attractions and landmarks. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delightful, with a wide variety of options and a relaxed atmosphere with pleasant background music. On the day of our departure, we had an early flight and were unable to access breakfast. However, the staff kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of local shops, restaurants, and cafes just steps away. It's also within walking distance to major landmarks. The only minor downside was that the rooftop pool was not heated during our stay due to a mechanical issue. While this was unfortunate, the staff was apologetic and the hotel manager even reached out to apologize. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and our taxi ride cost us approximately 40 euros. We had such a great experience at this hotel that we plan to return in the spring. Overall, it was a wonderful stay made even more special by the exceptional staff.
