The bed was absolutely incredible! The room was spotless, and maintained to a very high standard. The rooftop pool provided a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The concierge was very knowledgeable and provided great advice. It was really easy to access public transport, although we tended to use our bikes instead. The location offered multiple cafes and restaurants within easy reach. We had a fantastic experience from every angle and would not hesitate in returning or recommending this hotel.

I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, we had a wonderful stay for 10 days. The reception staff, bar, and Kin Tsugi restaurant's omakase experience were all excellent. We'll be booking again as soon as we can - a huge thank you to all involved!

I have just spent a lovely 4 days at this hotel, the staff where very friendly and extremely helpful, they spoke great English. The room was immaculate and house keeping were very accommodating in changing the bed configuration due to my mistake when booking. The pool was lovely and such a nice space to relax on the terrace.

This modern hotel is situated in a great area with great access to the main streets. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were welcoming and provided us with drinks. The room was ready right away and the 'essential' room was a nice size and really clean. The 'junior suite' was huge, with plenty of space and great shower and bathroom. The corridors did feel dark but still had a modern vibe. We visited the roof top pool and bar each day, which was initially slow but the management was approachable and resolved issues well. The food was delicious and it came out freshly cooked. Plus, they had plenty of drinks to choose from - my favorite being the jug of sangria cava. Georg was a friendly server. As a suggestion to the management, it would be better if you prohibited people bringing in their own drinks/food as it affects the business. The pool was nice and had 8 soft beds, along with plenty of clean towels. The breakfast was delightful and in the Xerta restaurant area - however, we didn't visit the Michelin star restaurant as it was closed. There was a great range of pastries, freshly cooked meals, etc., but the drinks (tea and coffee) were self-serve and not really hot. All in all, this hotel was in a great spot with many shops and restaurants around and the staff were really friendly. Checkout was quick and the pool, rooftop bar and restaurants are worth every penny. Enjoy!

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. When we arrived early on Saturday morning, the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check-in was easy and we were offered the use of shower facilities if we wanted to freshen up. Breakfast was included in our room choice and the selection was amazing! Everything from fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, cereal, hot bacon and eggs, and delicious pastries were available, plus juices, coffee, tea and even champange! We could also order hot food from the menu - an omelette each day - which was delicious. The rooms were spotless and each evening we found chocolates on our pillows, and relaxing music in the background. The room also had air conditioning which was great and the rainfall shower and bath were also very welcoming after a day out. The hotel is perfectly located - only a 20-30 minute walk to La Sagrada Famillia, Gothic Quarter and Arc du Triomphe. The highlight of the hotel was the roof-top pool which we would often visit in the mornings when it was quieter. All the staff were so helpful, friendly and made our stay unforgettable! If we ever return to Barcelona, we would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others.
