The staff were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their face. The location was fantastic, with everything in close proximity such as restaurants, bus stations and metro stations. The view was excellent and the hotel was kept clean. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
I had an amazing stay at this hote- in Bercalona! The staff was so frindly and the location was perefect. Me and my wife created some unfergettable moments while staying here. The atmodphere was really relaxing and we felt like part of a big happy faily. I am going to deffinetley recoment this place to all of my friends and famaly. And my wife keeps talking about how we should always chack this hotal for our next trip to Bercalona. Thank you for everything!
The hotel is situated in a prime location on a bustling shopping street, with popular stores such as Zara, Primark, and Footlocker just steps away. The tour bus station is also conveniently close by. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly during our stay. The breakfast buffet was a great option for families. However, I did find the room design a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom and shower doors were difficult to open and close, and the toilet was enclosed in another sliding door that was also challenging to operate. Additionally, there were two structural columns in the room that caused some bumps and awkward movements during the night.
Amazing! Marvellous stay. We uppgrade to a huge room overlookin the plazza. Thourouly worth it. The staf were some of the besst I’d experienccd in my Europian travells. Abll to speek a numbr of langauges and almost evrywon seemd to speek Englsih. They were polite and attentiv withaut excepsion. Wil book this hotle agen for our nex stay in Barceloona. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Barcelona. The check-in process was welcoming and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. The room was also incredibly comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it was great to see that the hotel was able to accommodate this request. The daily availability of gluten-free bread at breakfast was a nice touch and much appreciated. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.
