Olivia Plaza Hotel

My experience at this particular hotel was really great! From the moment we arrived to check in until the moment we left, the staff were superb. We arrived a bit earlier than check-in time and they still allowed us to check in early. The room was fairly small but still comfortable. Plus, the view of the city from our room was breathtaking! They even gave us a special birthday treat since it was my birthday - how thoughtful! There were also multiple smoking areas throughout the building, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever make it back to Barcelona, I would be happy to stay here again.

We followed our daughter’s recommendation who was in this hotel a few years ago. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was the perfect hotel for us. Location was great. We liked every minute of our stay in Barcelona.

We were staying with a friend for 3 nights at the particular accommodation, got excellent room with amazing view (although booked more simple room). The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. There were two reception members Emin and Vale who were particularly kind and helpful to us, spoke several languages which was very helpful. They tried every time to make us feel very comfortable and satisfied. The breakfast was very tasty with many kinds of milk products, fresh bread and fresh vegetables ?. The location was perfect!! We will definitely come back to this place ??.

I stayed at a hotel during my solo trip to Barcelona after it was highly recommended for solo female travelers. The staff were incredibly helpful in providing taxi bookings for early morning departures and answering any questions. Unfortunately, there weren't any meal accommodations although this gave me the opportunity to explore the city for meals. The hotel had a great central location and was quiet at night which made it feel safe. My only suggestion for others would be to try and get a room with a view if they can, as mine had no view and faced inward towards the hotel towards other rooms with no natural light or sunlight, meaning I couldn't see the weather until I was outside.

We had a great experience during our pre-cruise stay in Barcelona! We were a bit worried about language barriers but the staff fluently spoke English and several other languages. They were so hospitable as we had arrived early in the morning and check in wasn't until 3PM, yet they still kindly allowed us to store our luggage and have breakfast, with my husband also enjoying a delicious omelet. Afterwards, we explored the city. We were lucky to have a room with a wonderful view of the plaza. It was clean and modern and in a convenient location, close to transportation links like the hop on hop off buses, the train, taxis, and the aerobus. It was also peaceful and quiet despite being in the center. We didn't get to visit many places but with such a great experience, we plan to return to Barcelona and stay at the same place.
